Do I really pay nothing for the website?
Yes. We build it first, and you see it on a private link before you spend a dollar. Changes before launch are free too. Once it’s live, you pick a monthly plan, from $59 a month.
Which plan do I need?
Website if you just need a site that works. Website Plus if you’ll want changes, business email and your Google profile kept right. Marketing & More if you’d rather hand us the whole digital side: Google, reviews, social, calls, design and the rest.
Do you work with businesses like mine?
Yes: restaurants, clinics, salons, trades, law and accounting offices, shops and more. Everything is set up around how you work, like menus and reservations for a restaurant, booking and reminders for a clinic, or quotes and follow-ups for a contractor.
We already pay an agency. What would we pay?
Send us your last invoice. We’ll show you what’s actually running for that money, next to what Marketing & More would do, and move everything over for free if you switch.
Why is Marketing & More one price?
It’s priced per business, not per feature, so everything we do is in it. If there’s more to run, we quote it first.
When do you quote instead?
When there’s more for us to run, never because of how many people you have. We quote it first if you have more than one location or brand, an online store, more than $5,000 a month in ads, customers across a province or the whole country, a site over about 50 pages, posts and ads that each need sign-off from partners, reports for partners or a board, extra meetings, or your own software to connect, like a CRM or dispatch.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, on your own card, with no markup. The $500 a month is us running them, for up to $5,000 a month of spend.
What costs extra?
Printing, postage and Google’s email fee, about $10 a person, go on your own card at cost, like ad spend. Anything bigger, like your own app, gets a written quote first.
Is it cheaper if I pay for the year?
Yes. Pay for 12 months up front and 2 of them are free.
What if I want to leave?
There’s no fee to leave. Website and Website Plus have a 3-month minimum, then you cancel by email. Marketing & More is 12 months to start, then month to month, and you can leave by email. Your domain and Google profile are always yours.
Do you work outside Ontario?
Yes, anywhere in Canada and the US, over video, phone and email. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
