Accessibility
How we make this website work for everyone, and how to tell us when it doesn’t.
Last updated 17 October 2026
The short version
- We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, the international standard for accessible websites.
- Pages are built to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and your browser’s zoom.
- If your device asks for less motion, our animations calm down.
- Something in your way? Email us and we’ll reply within one business day.
01Our standard
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In plain words: text you can read against its background, pages you can use without a mouse, and content a screen reader can follow.
If you find a page that falls short, tell us and we’ll fix it.
02What’s built in
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page, for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Images described in words, and decorative ones hidden from screen readers.
- A label on every form field, so you know what each one asks for.
- Animations turned down when your device is set to reduce motion.
03Where it’s harder
Some of our pages tell their story with animations that move as you scroll. If one gets in your way, turn on “reduce motion” in your device’s settings, or email us and we’ll send you the same information another way.
Our free website check and our app planner are interactive tools. If either is hard to use, email us your website or your idea, and we’ll run the check or plan the app and send it back to you.
Booking a call uses a calendar. If you’d rather not use it, email us a few times that suit you and we’ll book the call for you.
04The sites we build
Every website we build for a client is made to the same standard, whatever the size of the business. Ontario’s accessibility law, the AODA, asks organizations with 50 or more employees to meet WCAG 2.0 level AA. WCAG 2.2 goes further.
05Tell us
Email [email protected] and tell us which page you were on and what got in the way. If you use a screen reader, a magnifier or another tool, it helps to say which, but you don’t have to.
We reply within one business day. If you need a page in another format, like plain text, just ask.
06Changes to this page
When the site changes in a way that affects accessibility, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
Book a call
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll show you what we’d fix and what it costs.
Websites are $0 down. Anything else gets a written quote before work starts.
